First
you have to realise it’s a dream:
Count
your fingers. Jump. Try to fly. Look around for something strange or
just check what’s real. Are you
real?
If
you see/feel/experience something weird like:
you
have too many fingers or you started to fly or you do not know who
you are... Congrats! You are in the dream! You can do almost
anyhing. So explore, experience but don’t get too emotional
otherwise you will be kicked out. You will forget.
How
to remember? There are many ways to do it. You can read them in
variuos books*...All include concentration, intention, meditation,
mindfullness etc.
Later
or sooner iner and outer dreams combine. So training is necessary.
What you do here you do there too and vice versa. Most of our
intensions especialy that ones that makes us feel, realise something
wants to be expressed.
So
